Project Manager (Contract-to-hire)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle project management, including planning, execution, issue and risk management, budgeting, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, work schedules, and timelines to ensure milestones are met.
  • Draft client-facing Statements of Work (SOWs) and process documentation.
  • Lead project kickoff and status meetings with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders; create and manage project communication plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources; delegate tasks and monitor workload.
  • Track project status, manage budgets, and review profit/loss data.
  • Support project invoicing and post-project reviews.
  • Step in where needed to fill resource gaps and provide direction to project teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 2-4 years of project management experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while handling shifting priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in presenting to stakeholders.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and negotiations.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities and challenges.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $65-80k/yr.
  • Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
  • Location: 100% in office
  • Type: Contract-to-hire
